Refund policy

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES -Due to the custom nature of the products,  NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.  Please refer to sizing charts before placing orders.  Please contact wildlilycreations@yahoo.com with any sizing questions or concerns.

Please note that shirt colors may differ slightly due to difference in screen resolution and lighting. 

No accessories pictured are included. 

SHIPPING -

Turn around time is up to 5-7 business days for garment/item to be made plus 3-5 days shipping, unless stated otherwise. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible and in the shortest timeframe. 

Shipping will be provided by USPS or UPS depending on the item and time of year. 

Once item has shipped tracking information will be provided, one item has been given to USPS/UPS Wild Lily Creations is no longer responsible for any delays in delivery.
